Each year on the third Thursday of November, the people of Beaujolais mark the end of the grape-picking season with a wine made from Gamay and bottled just weeks after harvest.
Known as Beaujolais Nouveau, the first taste of the new vintage, it’s bright, fresh and best enjoyed straight away. What began as a local celebration is now a worldwide tradition.
Join us for a special luncheon, served with a half bottle of chilled Beaujolais Nouveau Georges Dubœuf 2026 per person. Raise a glass to the year’s efforts and the joy of new beginnings.
